Mark’s Catering where no event is too small or too big in Laguna Hills, CA


Maureen Webb has been the owner of Mark’s Catering in 2010. No event is too small or too big for Maureen’s culinary team from simple boxed lunches for a board meeting and small intimate dinners to grand formal affairs like wedding receptions and parties.

Here’s a sampling of what you may enjoy as hors d'oeuvres or part of a buffet at a corporate party or reception:

  • Passed hors d’oeuvres - Zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta cheese and deep-fried to a golden brown. They had a delicate flavor of the zucchini flower, creamy ricotta cheese filling, and crisp outer texture made the perfect hors d’oeuvre. Puffed pastry with different fillings like goat cheese is another way of getting a small bite without having the need for utensils. Oysters Rockefeller is a fancy way to serve with tiny little forks while the shell acts as the serving vessel.
