- In a saute pan, I added 1 teaspoon rendered bacon fat, 1 tablespoon butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Added cubed grilled chicken and sauteed to coat.
- Added cooked angel hair pasta and sauteed it to soak up all of the sauce.
- Plated and added grated parmesan and snipped parsley.
It was delicious! Great substitute if you're allergic tomatoes.
