Ludlows Cocktail Co. breaks the mold with a line of Jelly Shots

Freya Estreller is known as the co-founder of Coolhaus – a tiny food truck that roamed the streets of Los Angeles and now can be found in store freezers nationwide. With travel between Los Angeles, New York, Austin, and Dallas, Freya has made a bunch a friends. One night in New York, Freya and Ethan Feirstein started talking about jello shots, not just fruit flavored gelatin and vodka. Their thoughts were cocktail flavors in a jello shot. Thus, Ludlows Cocktail Co. was born.

A preview party of the Jelly Shots along with the winner of the Ludlow Lad competition, Miguel Guillermo Medina, showed how gorgeous they can be under one roof in The Wellesbourne in Los Angeles, CA.

Ludlows Jelly Shots line-up includes five natural flavors: Fresh Lime Margarita, Meyer Lemon Drop, Old Fashioned, Planter’s Punch, and Moscow Mule. These little cups pack a 30-proof punch with all natural ingredients, and are ready-to-serve. They all taste best if chilled on ice or stored in the refrigerator before serving.

 

Fresh Lime Margarita Jelly Shots are made with premium blanco with zesty lime and orange. If you want to be fancy, sprinkle a little salt on it like a real margarita. The margarita flavor is amazingly fresh with bright lime flavor. You can definitely feel and taste the tequila as the gelatin melts. Rating: 5/5

Meyer Lemon Drop Jelly Shots are made with five-time distilled premium vodka, Meyer lemon, and rosemary. It has the perfect balance of sweet and sour and may make you pucker slightly. Planter’s Punch Jelly Shots are made with premium Caribbean dark rum, pineapple, and tropical fruits.
