Love of liquid nitrogen ice cream brings Creamistry to Corona, California

Sam Byun was born and raised in Corona, CA. His family has been actively involved in local business in Corona for over 30 years. One day, Sam visited the Creamistry in Irvine, CA and immediately fell in love with the salted caramel ice cream and the concept. When he heard that Creamistry was franchising, he knew he wanted to be the first to bring this to his home town. Corona is considered low desert with sweltering summers and cold winters. But even with the wide range of temperatures, people always scream for ice cream. Sam’s dream came true when Creamistry Corona opened on November 17, 2014. Even during the soft opening, adults and children alike came in non-stop to experience this unique way of making ice cream.
